In the present Agreement terms and conditions are defined for the use of the services offered by STATUS-Meet placed in Bernate Ticino (MI) – Via V. Veneto 23; registered number n°... and hereunder called "Status-Meet", on the web www.status.it.
At registration you will have the chance to give your acceptance to the terms and conditions hereunder indicated. Status-Meet reserves the right to modify at any time the present Agreement, posting the new version on its site. The new terms and conditions will be effective after 15 (fifteen) days from the publishing date. You may withdraw the new Agreement at any time within this period, just contact our customer support at 02.9759911. The present Agreement is updated to 01.02.2010.

Registration requirements
Your account Status Meet and your ID can’t be transferred to third parties. If you register for a company, be sure to be entitled to accept the present Agreement.

Services and fees
Registration is free for project managers and designers; it has 1 year validity and gives you the right to publish on the web site maximum three projects, each one illustrated with maximum three pictures and a short description.
Visit and browsing on the site is free of charge.

Design-Meet Role
Design-Meet isn’t a broker. Our web site offers to the end users the chance to promote ideas and projects, at any time and from any internet location. Design Meet reserves the right to keep the option for the purchase of the project itself.
Status-Meet doesn’t have any control or responsibility and on what’s published on the site. It can’t check the proposals’ validity or accuracy.

Transaction security
As a hosting provider, Status Meet can’t guarantee to the users’ personal information provided at registration. Therefore it doesn’t answer for direct or indirect damages due to the use of false information. As Status Meet doesn’t put any control on transactions, in case of disputes, the users undertake exclusion of Status Meet from any responsibility or request for any damage to Status Meet or its employees or administrators.

Information control
Status-Meet doesn’t have any control on information provided by users on the site. We recommend you therefore to use our services with caution and common sense.

Objects description
You have to own legal rights on the project or idea, that you want to publish on Status Meet. Your insertions may have a written and/or graphic description.

Fraud
In addition to what foreseen by law, Status Meet reserves the right to suspend, limit or cancel your account if it arises that you have undertaken any fraudulent activity using our web site.

Property Protection
Status-Meet protects the rights of Intellectual Property, if the project’s owner reports to Status Meet ideas in contrast to their prerogatives or that might damage them, asking the cancelation.

Information you give
Definition.
You personal information are what you communicate to status Meet at registration.

Limits.
Your personal information and your activities on our web site a) can’t be false, not exact or misleading; b) can’t infringe author’s, intellectual and industrial rights of third parties property; c) can’t infringe the personal confidentiality and protection right regarding treatment of personal data; d) can’t infringe laws or rules; e) can’t have defamations, calumnies, menaces or harassments; f) can’t be indecent or include pornographic materials g) can’t include virus or other programs aimed to damage, interfere, intercept or appropriate of operative systems, data or personal information; h) can’t cause any damage to Status Meet.

License.
With the present Agreement, you authorize Status Meet to publish the information you give and you allow Status Meet to have an irrevocable option for the use of your project, free of charge and transferable, and your image rights related to your personal information too.
Status Meet will use your personal information with respect to the Privacy Law. Only and exclusively in case of Status production and/or realization of what proposed, there will be a collaboration agreement signed with the designer or creator, which terms and conditions will be discussed each time.

Access and interferences.
Accepting the Agreement, you agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the site for any purpose without our express handwritten permission.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Much of the information on the sites is updated on a real-time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to Status Meet by our users or third parties. you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except for your information) from the sites without the prior express written permission of status Meet and the appropriate third party, who has the intellectual right on the contents.

Suspension and Exclusion.
Except of the ordinary actions foreseen by law for failure to the present Agreement, Status Meet reserves the right to send you a notice, to suspend you for limited or unlimited time, in case of: (a) infringement of the present Agreement and of the here linked pages; (b) impossibility for Status Meet to verify the authenticity of the information you give at registration or during the use of the service; (c) actions undertaken, that might economic damage or legal responsibility to status Meet or other users. In case of temporary or unlimited suspension, it is impossible to register again with personal information related to the previous suspended account.

Offensive statements.
It is possible that other users might express judgments on your conduct and that you might consider them false or damage your image. In this case, independently to the decision to cancel or not such statements, you release Status Meet from claims, as you recognize that Status Meet doesn’t have any power on their control. Status Meet reserves all rights to remove a comment or a message posted in the Forum.

Guarantee
Within the legal limits and the consumers rights guarantee, Status Meet offers its services "as they are", without any further expressed or implicit guarantee.

Responsibility limitation
Within the legal limits and the consumers rights guarantee, Status Meet isn’t in any way responsible for economic loss, due to direct or indirect damages, to the image too, eventually reported by users or third parties due to the use of the site or of its services. In any case the possible indemnity for Status Meet or its suppliers responsibility is limited to a maximum amount of EUR 100 (hundred Euros).

Indemnity
Accepting the present Agreement, you will indemnify and hold Status Meet (and our officers, directors, administrators and employees) harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Law conformity
All the end users of Status Meet are oblige to follow all the national and International laws and rules, which guide the on line services.

Parties independence
Status Meet and its own users handle in full autonomy and independency. The present Agreement doesn’t arise a collaboration, agency, associations, brokering or subordinated relationship between the parties.

Communication from Status Meet.
Status-Meet will send you its messages per e-mail to the address given at registration. Otherwise, Status Meet may send you a registered letter to the address given at registration.

Applicable law and applicable arbitration option.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Italy.

Mediation and arbitration.
All claims arising from the present Agreement, including its validity, interpretation, execution and resolution, might be devolved to the attempt of conciliation foreseen by the existent law. In case of conciliation failure, the controversy will be solved by a unique arbitrator mediator.
The court will be the "Camera Arbitrale of Milan". The unique arbitrator mediator will decide as per right and ritual. Ordinary judge competence.
All controversies must be resolved exclusively by the Court of Milan.

Users.
All controversies with the end users refer to the actual imperative laws, of jurisdictional competence and applicable law.

Others
Services continuity. Status Meet doesn’t guarantee continuous access to the web site, which might be influenced by external factors out of its control. Agreement validity. If one clause of the present Agreement results to be null or inefficiency then this doesn’t affect the remaining contractual previsions. Agreement transfer. Status Meet may transfer the present Agreement and its out coming incomes at any time. Agreement titles. The article titles of the Agreement are just indicative and in any case don’t affect, limit or describe the meaning and the scope of the article itself. Inertia. The lack of practice of any right from Status Meet doesn’t represent an abstain in acting towards you or third parties for the any violation regarding these obligations.
Whole Agreement. This Agreement and the Web pages here recalled, represent the whole agreement with Status-Meet.
